Yeah, but he went from a defense that probably could have been rated in the top 10 the expansion year if the offense had the ball a little bit more to the worst defense in football. That's a little more than just moving to head coach.

He did a decent job in Carolina, but his defensive success has been when he's been a DC. He made Pittsburgh and Jacksonville into feared defenses when he was coaching the D.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. I'm talking about in the middle of the season, when they played Balitmore (I think). They were close to 10 overall. If Carr hadn't kept getting sacked and the offense had the ball a bit longer, the defense would have had better stats.Originally posted by Imran Siddiqui
