Yeah, but he went from a defense that probably could have been rated in the top 10 the expansion year if the offense had the ball a little bit more to the worst defense in football. That's a little more than just moving to head coach.

He did a decent job in Carolina, but his defensive success has been when he's been a DC. He made Pittsburgh and Jacksonville into feared defenses when he was coaching the D.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another.
