wrt the false start, if you look at an original shot of the play from the side opposite the violater, you can see a slot receiver move right in front of the far sideline judge's view of the guy who moved. If the move was more pronounced other refs would have seen it but the guy blocked out had the best view.

One of the replays clearly showed his knee was on the ground when contact was made and before the ball came out. It was the right call!
