On the interception, Arrington fumbled the ball before he was downed. The Bucs recovered said fumble. It was very clear. The officials ruled Arrington down by contact, which was not only clearly the wrong call, but unchallengeable by rule. One play later, Portis is in, when he shouldn't have been out on the field.
