Yeah, good point. I recently read about colonial America that included the history of Spanish colonies.
Spanish population growth north of Mexico just never took off the way Enlgish population growth did on the Atlantic coast of North America. But that is not to say that there were no Spanish-descent settlers in Spanish colonies north of Mexico -- and of course, there were the various Amerindian tribes.A lot of Republicans are not racist, but a lot of racists are Republican.Comment
