Well I figured that Imran's ancestors would be living in the Ghaznavid state in approximately the area of modern Pakistan, and that a Koranic scholar would be their closest equivalent to a lawyer.

Serb, of course, would be 'Byzantine', since that was Russian peoples little Balkan friend at the time.

And PH is of course a surly and underpaid alchemyst in Chaucer's England.

Hi All,

just thought I'd do a quick summary of everything thats happened since I released "The Universe" a week ago. The first patch was released last Wednesday to deal with the issues documented on Monday and Tuesday, most notably the "problem" of sheep doing naughty things to cattle, and cattle doing naughty things to sheep. While I now admit this still didn't fix the problem of people doing naughty things to sheep and cattle, why for now you can either live with it or pretend it doesn't happen.
The second patch was released Saturday to fix some of the new issues noted on Thursday and Friday, primarily that of Pigs flying and people walking on water. As far as the issue that everyone is now clamouring for (that of "One True Religion") why I hear ya' - I'll address that sometime here in the future.
Some of the other things that people keep griping about your just gonna have to deal with for now (and if you don't stop your *****in' I'm gonna create some people called "Mods" who are gonna bring the Wrath of Me onto your arses!

).
In closing, I will only say that the Universe is a very complex game, and I could only test it on so many platforms before I released it. As time progresses I'm sure the game will mature and get better.
Anyways, I'm gonna take a few days off now. My chief game designer, Satan, is going to fill in for me for a little while. Please direct all your questions and feedback to him, and I'm sure he'll
