Well, this time it's serious, you know it we can go through the worst time, so this time make it count.

I'll give up smoking non-cannabis cigarettes too. It's a filthy habit, but I only do it to impress pretty ladies. I'll also attempt to give up biting my nails too, which is bad for someone in my field. Biting nails, I mean, rather than giving it up.

I don't really have any habits that I could give up that would improve my life dramatically.

Most of what I need to do requires me adding something... not taking away.

I mean, I could stand to lose weight, but that requires exercise, not really eating better. My diet is not perfect, but would be manageable if I were working out.

My is moderate and not having any negative effects. My usage regulates itself based upon the harvest cycle, when I have supply, etc... The periods when I smoke are usually about 3 months... then I stop for a few months, then resume after harvest, etc... I actually wish I had enough to be a pothead, but I really don't. Don't let the pictures fool you guys. I just a small amount at night maybe 5 times a week on average.

I enjoy but if you enjoy too much, you don't get as stoned... and that defeats the whole purpose.
