wifey gets so fustrated when her recipes don't turn out
one day she was making pasta from scratch and it kept drying out so fast that she couldn't get the ravioli to seal
our problem is we try not to use egg when we don't have to since we have family members who have allergies
anyway, she gave up after the 3rd batch
I went in, gave it a try and had a good batch after 2 tries
I now am the one who makes the pasta

if you just have fun and learn to deal with your mistakes you will cook more and eat better

by the way, I can't bake worth a damn. wifey does that

Here's what we had to eat for dinner this week

Monday; Steak Tacos and spanish rice
Tuesday; Speghitti with sausage
Wednesday; Porkchops with scalloped potatos and asparagus
Thursday; Cream Tuna on Toast and a salad
Friday; No idea. If wifey hasn't made anything we are probably having leftovers.
