Compare this to a congressman who takes bribes in return for votes and influencing Defense Dept. contracts. Apples and oranges.

He broke employment laws in most enlightened jurisdictions.

I'm not sure what you say about making sex slaves of workers in the US, but he ****ed up big time in many places.

And it is not private when it is an affair that is not two, equal, consenting adults. These things often go on the records of the courts and into the press when one of the people involved is a sleeze bag who is taking advantage of his position to get the odd blow job from people within his power.
