Well, one thing is for sure, since I worked for the US Government for 33 + years. It is against the US Code to have sex on United State Prop. This Code was pub 2 time a year in our local Shipyard newspaper. This Code include all US Prop. The last time I heard, the Oval Off is US Prop.

Read the Code, that what it said. Now of course if he was upstairs in the private quater that would be difference. But downstairs in the Oval Office, that is Public US Prop. The same for people who lived on US Prop. If it is their wife/husband in private quarter then it is OK, but if the person was not a wife/husband then the sex would not be OK the worker could be fired for the sex.

We had a guy screwing this girl during lunch hour in the parking lot in his motorhome. Now lunch hours are non pay hours. She was a temp employee. She was fired by 3:00 PM that day. Lunch was from 11:30 AM to 12:10 PM. He was permeant employee. They removed his security badge, send him to Work Center 29 (menial work) to wait until all of his hearing was complete. The Shop Head wanted him fired. I never hear what happen to him, because we went into closure mode.

Old Randy has an interesting history. He wrote a bill to have drug smugglers executed but latter dropped his support for executing drug runners... after his son got caught smuggling a plane load of pot.

In a plea deal he only got 2.5 year which was only a tiny fraction of the going sentence for smuggling that quantity of drugs. The speculation was that "The Duke" used his Congressional influence to make the DA go easy on his son.

Once again, Clinton did not lie about this. He was asked if he'd had sex with Monica. "Sex" had already been defined as genital-to-genital intercourse. Clinton answered "no." The judge later sanctioned Clinton because she found this answer was evasive.
