If you want something that looks like the Mac Dock, try Stardock's ObjectDock. But its not really useful, just pretty.

They were also in NeXTSTEP as well IIRC. Those guys are just whining because Apple did it much better than they did (Konfabulator was sometimes a nightmare on OS X).
If you want someone who really got screwed by Apple, check out Karelia Software. Apple ripped off most of the decent features of their Watson application and integrated them into Sherlock 3. The worst part was that Sherlock 3 sucked compared to Watson.Only feebs vote.
