IS, if you want to go perform an act of civil disobedience to call attention to what you beleive to be the injustice of our immigration laws, and you are willing to "go to jail for justice" I admire you. But to sit back sniping at the fence, is something else.

You definitely have a 1st amendment right to say foolish things, and opposing the US taking control over its own borders cause you dont like immigration policy would certainly rank among those.

Most people would consider it very logical that if you don't like the immigration policy, you'd probably oppose the US 'taking control over its own borders'. I guess you are one of the illogical ones.

Are you claiming that you don't have a First Amendment right to engage in civil disobediance? You can be jailed for breaking a law, but not for voicing your displeasure of that law while getting busted for it.
