Everybody hates this guy.

"I have to deal with the f*cking stupidest guy on the face of the earth almost every day."Lime roots and treachery!

And the Swedish guys who gave up Poltava 1709 and Sveaborg (Soumenlinna)1809 without even trying to fight. But back then you were elected for your name rather than your skills. So get your Naomi Klein books and move it or I'll seriously bash your faces in! - Supercitizen to stupid students

OK... I think we ought to create a topped Bush Bashing thread for stuff like this. I mean, nobody on this thread is going to say anything original, no minds are going to be changed, the Prez himself is a lame duck getting lamer by the day, and this guy, whoever he is, is but the 1,654,464 critic of a sitting President to have received newspaper space since the founding of the Republic.
In other words....
yawn
Move along! Nothing to see here!

Powell's Chief of Staff during his tenure at the State Dept. isn't exactly a nobody."Beware of the man who works hard to learn something, learns it, and finds himself no wiser than before. He is full of murderous resentment of people who are ignorant without having come by their ignorance the hard way. "

CO, funny, that was exactly my first thoughts when I saw the pic too..
By the way, it takes more to be a colonel than the president. I'm not saying this about this particular president, but generally. You are not elected to be a colonel, you actually have to be.. a very good individual. Just think about it, have you ever come across .. a.. superbly idiot military high ups? I mean they can be irritating and all that, but most ofthen, they are very good individuals, at least in western armies. I have usually respect by default for high officers who have worked their way up in the army, since it's not exactly an easy task, rarely it's a mistake, and they basically have proved their own rank and fill the boots. That's a huge jobWho wants DVDs? Good prices! I swear!

I'm not too sure how I'm "blindly in favor for Bush", I just recognize "news" created for a need for copy better than some people.
It's like those people who complained that Clinton was having his big donors sleep in the Lincoln Bedroom. Like, no duh! Where else are they supposed to sleep?
Same thing here. You have a loyalist who is upset at his loss of power and prestige because the man to which he attached his coattails failed to maintain his power and prestige. No news here - it happens all the time!Last edited by JohnT; October 21, 2005, 23:07.
