Yeah... a few of the WMVP jocks pissed off Jerry Reinsdorf in and interview... And the 670 offered a ton more money. Too bad Rooney won't be doing the coverage anymore. He was great.

Congrats to the Pale Hose.
Great series to be a baseball fan. too bad Houston couldn't win one or two, and have it last longer.
The teams were very evenly matched, and Chicago made the plays to win, and Houston couldn't.
I am still amazed the Houston made it to the World Series, and the world didn't spin off its axis.....Comment

What's funny is both teams were written off at some time during the year.
In Houston, they were given up for dead when they were so far under 500 around the all star break.
And in Chicago... the elfoldo started, and doom and gloom were predicted by many... and it looked like they would be right until the Sox woke up at the right time, and started playing the best baseball they had played all year...
From start to finish... never out of first place...
Only lost one play off game...
