Last month in New York, intervention from the Secretary of State Colin Powell diffused a similar row when diplomats almost had their cars towed for parking offences.

Yeah, he is not currently an MP so it is virtually impossible for him to get back into government and become PM...which is realistically one of the few positions higher than his. He is still one of the most powerful politicians in the country as the mayor of London...Speaking of Erith:
