That's 4 INTs. At least it was on a bomb, so effectively like a good punt.

That was such a b******t pass interference call by the refs against Brian Kelly there.
Thanks for gift-wrapping the Packers a touchdown, you jackasses!

Anyone watching the philly-oakland game? nothing like watching a linebacker kicking extra points

Bears got smart and ran the ball down their throats.
But then missed the FG attempt. Doug Brien is so BAD!Apolyton's Grim Reaper 2008, 2010 & 2011

sigh... halftime...
Orton, 4 INTs...
okay, the first one wasn't really his fault... I understand that. Gage got hit and coughed the ball up. I saw the replay, the linebacker bobbled the ball, it hit the ground. They reviewed it, but somehow, they said it was a legit interception. Yeah okay whatever, someone needs to get that ref some glasses.
the second one was awful... he threw it right to the DB... the 3rd and 4th were bad, but I blame those on Ron Turner. What kind of play calling it that? Why are you trying to throw it downfield so aggressively like that?
Finally, late in the 2nd quarter they are rushing it strong.
Then the refs call a BS penalty on Mark Bradley to ruin the momentum. I wonder if that ref has money on the game.
They didn't even show the replay on TV. On WBBM radio, they were saying Mark Bradley was blocking, but couldn't see the play and that's why he got a penalty.
Then the Bengals player hit Bradley in the back of the head, but funny, there was no retaliation penalty called. What a surprise.
Turnovers are killing the Bears. As if that isn't completely obvious.
But the good news is, the defense is doing a good job, despite the score. Bengals offense has only 72 yards total. They are averaging 2.3 yards per play. This, despite Palmer being 10-14. Bengals rushing game has been stopped cold... 16 total rushes for 22 yards.
The Bears have been able to rush 79 yards on 15 carries.
So far, the Bears rushing game and the defense have been the only bright spots.
Doug Brien is a bum. Why in God's name did the Bears get rid of Edinger again? Because his kickoffs weren't that great?
Brien is 1-4 this year so far... including missing a 33 yard field goal today.
Hopefully, the Bears D can stay strong, get lucky and maybe make a big play or two. A special teams play would be nice. Hopefully the rushing game will continue to work because Orton is not looking good at all. Ron Turner needs to call some plays that make sense and put Orton in a position to succeed. I don't know what he was thinking having Kyle air the ball out like that. Especially with this Bengals D who have shown skills at interceptions this year.
GO BEARS!To us, it is the BEAST.
