  • He's not bad ... has good WRs, too. Heisman QB curse has a lot to do with QBs going to poor teams that don't get any better ... and the Bengals were a poor team, that got quite a lot better.

        • Carolina just tied with Miami after being down all game. That team just won't quit!

Atlanta is still up by 8 with just about 2 minutes to go in Buffalo. Two really good defenses facing off up there.

I've been yelling at them to throw it to Housh, but they aren't listening to me.

            • In other news, Culpepper has 300 yards passing, 3 TDs, and no INTs. 6 players have 2 or more catches from Culpepper today.

              Looks like he's settled in.

              • Indy won again, but once again, not scoring much. You have to wonder what is going on with that offense..
Teams are rushing three, dropping eight, so they're just playing short passes and running the ball.

Manning was 19/23 today, and we had 33 rushes... so they're not going to be scoring fast. They're not making mistakes, that's the key thing.

                • Same old Jay Fiedler.....

Chad Pennington hurts his shoulder so the Jets bring in the injury prone Jay Fiedler. Fiedler lasts all of 2 plays before injuring his shoulder, forcing Pennington back in!

Jags win a great game in OT, 26-20 on a nice Jimmy Smith tightwalk into the endzone!

                    nah, I won't lose it...

I'm a Bears fan, but my happiness or livelihood is not dependent upon their winning or losing.

well... if they win, I am happy, but if they lose, no big deal...

anyways, the Packers lost... that makes me happy.

                    Interesting game.

The Bears offense outgained the Bengals offense. I would not have predicted that.

The Bears also had more first downs than the Bengals... 16 to 11.

The big story about this game was turnovers. The Bengals were able to get them, and capitalize on them. That's it. Pure and simple.

also, Chan Johnson is one of the biggest punk asses in the game... and one of the biggest cry babies too... in the first half, he's constantly whining to the refs. And then he gets a cramp. According to the radio broadcast, it's because he eats lots of fast food and doesn't hydrate himself properly.

Also, I don't mind trash talking, but what the hell has Chad Johnson ever won? What has he accomplished? Sure, he's a great football player in terms of fantasy stats, but shut your mouth until you win something you punk ass. How many Super Bowl rings do you have Chad Johnson? That's right... the same amount I have.

Hey, what is with Indianapolis? Peyton Manning hasn't had a TD pass in two games?

                      • That's 3 games that Cincy has won by substantial deficits. They look real good this year. I thought that last week, but I just didn't say anything.

                          • ouch. That Bear game was just painful to watch....

Good news about it is that except for 2 plays, the Bears D stopped the #1 offense in the NFL.
