i note you say high level-- I always wonder if they start with children seeing 6 hours a day of something. At that level I see a problem . . . Even if TV were "good", that level of viewership means you don't have enough time to do many other "good" things

They usually look like rubbish, but this one is good She'll be a beauty. I think we should start the regular 'no you can't date my daughter' practices with emphasize on shotguns and interrogation.

More pics - she IS adorable.

Flubber - actually it went from one to five hours daily, and the increase was rougly 10% per hour. Note that is on a daily basis. The video in the car wouldn't count. My wife travels at night with our little girl when visiting her parents, that way our toddler can sleep the whole way.

Our little girl has excellent manners, very few temper tantrums, is pretty good about directions (and pushing limits, it's part of the job description - toddler ). She absolutely loves to read with daddy, and helps daddy when he is working. She is learning how to help daddy remove and reinstall screws in his computer case. I am still debating if that is such a good idea.

That's what the nurses said. She got beat up pretty bad on the way out, but they heal fast. She scratches herself easily, thus the mittens. Sadly, they keep her from sucking on her hands, which would keep her quiet longer.

As for the TV, my nephews tend to be in front of the TV alot, but aren't always watching it. 5 hours of watching TV as an adult could equal 2 hours to a kid.
