    Since we have a toddler, I can offer one solid piece of advice. Pretty much give up the TV. It does wonders for their behavior, our terrible two's have been very mild compared to other parents we know. Plus, Thomas Jefferson, Einstein, and Ben Franklin didn't have TV.

                              I don't know that TV has anything to do with it unless you mean conventional adult television programming. Our son is 27 months and likewise is pretty well behaved . . . but he does see "tv" usually in the form of a variety of educational videos ranging from the baby einstein series to barney or wiggles. I see nothing wrong with this as long as the time is limited ( we want him to play and run and jump and explore most of the time)
