Champon / Jjampong is a ramen-like soup with spicy seafood, and tends to have thicker, almost udon-like noodles.
Tonkatsu / Donkass are pork-flavored, with pork slices in the soup.
Personally, I prefer the Korean and Japanese import brands, because they tend to be tastier. My all time favorite is the Shin Ramen, from Korea's Nongshim.
