        • Your point?

That Armstrong is doped to the eyeballs like Shane Warne?

          • Don't really have a point...

Anyway, Armstrong may indeed be doped up, but we don't really know as he's been smart enough to avoid getting caught, unlike Warne.

Hm, there are five Americans in the top twenty of the Tour (Armstrong, Leipheimer, Landis, Hincapie, and Julich).

I hope you don't expect me to defend our Shane.

                  • Shane Warne is a genius, more in the Tiger Woods category than an athlete.

So what ?? It doesn't follow at all that what happened to one rider will happen to another.

Besides wasn't Voeklers lead a result of a long break that no one chased? A situation where he got a huge lead but then lost time on almost every stage after that ??

And congrats to Armstrong, the best cyclist of the last few years. (Though I still think Mer... )

Yup -- it was almost as though he was putting on an impressive "audition" for potential buyers of his services

In 2003, Dennis Menchov won the maillot blanc. In 2004. he didnt even finish the race.
