reds, you were so poor for most of that game, no quality in the final third, morientes might as well have stayed on the coach. you were the better team tonight, but that isn't saying much.

We either need to play to Morientes strengths or let him go. He and Crouch are going to be worthless with the midfield we use. I'd rather Cisse and Owen to start with an attacking midielder and the option of Crouch later.

It was a poor game, but the beauty of cup football is that you can win ugly and your name is still on the cup!

BTW what are Arsenal fans saying about Owen? I can't believe you're not in for him, the number of times Henry picks the ball up out wide or twenty yards out and has to wait for the midfield to get in to the box......

i know! i can't believe we're not in for him either, him and henry would be unstoppable. i know plenty of arsenal folks think the exact same, but wenger isn't among them for some reason.

Henry and Owen can both be the 'last man' AND both hold the ball up for the 'last man'. Defences wouldn't know what the hell was going on!
