It's a book for non-initiated, or shall we say, the "Great unwashed"- you know, people like yourselves, who have no real knowledge. I think this quote sums it up nicely:

You see, the book and it's author, are what is known as "junk science" and are, of course, products of PC multiculturalism- a socio-communist theory based on "feelings" and "desires".

Not science, but pseudo science where in one finds evidence to reinforce their pet theory while deliberately ignoring real evidence which proves it false. A situation Ayn Rand properly predicted in the 1930's.

I think the book does use circular logic in some cases, but I just gave it a thumbs up. It's a good read, and most of Diamond's arguments make a lot of sense. Now how about that SAT score of yours?

Combined score of 1540- in 1978. Stanford, class of 1982- Economics/Poly-Sci (dual major)

Subsequent degrees from the University of Minnesota- Minneapolis/St.Paul campus. 4th generation graduate of the U. CS degree, 1999. In my family of four siblings there are a total of seven undergrad degrees and 3 post grad degrees and one PHD- which was gained helping to map the Human Genome, on said project. And I have news for you- what you have been "told" about genes and "race being a social construct" is false. And, as far back as 1980 profs at the better schools were teaching poly-sci majors that the future of politics in the West was the "managing of the masses"- not governing them, but managing them, you know, like a herd of cattle.

I have held one job in my adult life- it lasted 2.5 years and then I "retired"- what you would call retirement. I have since devoted my time to politics, travel and "hobbies", occasionally taking courses in subject matter that interests me.

That score, btw, puts me in the upper 99%. But I knew that in 9th grade.
