  • No, just choosy. Her appearance is a little sloppy. Note that her lip coloring doesn't cover her lips evenly, especially on the side.

      • I wouldn't know. I'm not too much into sci-fi. I've seen most of the Star Wars and Star Trek movies on TV and I come across the occasional Star Trek or Stargate TV episode or something...

The movie was very much a Star Trek spoof, which you might appreciate or not. The humor was a bit weird and silly. Sometimes a bit too much so, but mostly I thought it was great.

If you've got a decent enough connection, you can just go and download it and see for yourself. You can always stop and delete it if you think it's crap.

You mean Galaxy Quest? Space Quest is an old Sierra adventure game series.

          Both movies were not funny...
Within weeks they'll be re-opening the shipyards

            • OK let's make all Finland laughable...

In Finland we currently have on YLE 1 (Finninsh BBC) a contest named Satusuomalainen.
Roughly one could translate it to fictiousfinn.
(Unfortanately the link is available only in Finnish and Swedish)

So the finnish TV-viewers are voting for our own best fictious figure.
(So only fictious figures with finnish origin are able to participate)

We had a first round last winter - now the semifinals with eight (8) participants are ongoing. One of these semifinalists is Pirk.
Currently it looks like Pirk will make it to the final four...

Actually this upcoming thusday there will be a ½hour special of PIRK on our YLE1 at best broadcasting time (20:00 - 20:30) - 20:30 begins on YLE 1 the "main" news broadcast.

                I apologize ahead of time.

I loved those games, but stopped playing them once they were no longer text based adventures. It was just so much more fun to guess what weird command you were supposed to give your character, rather than monotonously clicking every conceivable object with every conceivable tool.
