    so if im a pencil producer, and i work in an assembly line making pencil, your system can guaranttee me all the consumer items that I need unlike the capitalist system:

    i can get a nice house
    a nice car
    a good guitar amp
    an ipod
    TV, microwave, full kitchen
    a waverunner
    and plenty of vacation

        chill. then sign me up for the communist system. if my standard of living goes up while at the same time i can quit my ****ty minimum wage job and work less, im all for it.

          I don't see your point.

          You worry about whether you are guaranteed these things and yet you support capitalism.

          Capitalism doesn't guarantee you much other than the right to sell yourself as a prostitute.

            because i worry that communism cannot give me anything. i know im guaranteed something, sometimes a lot, in a capitalist system where i work hard and be smart. but if i can do nothing and are guaranteed all these things, then sign me up.

              No system guarantees you squat. Capitalism guarantees that you at least have a chance at getting what you want.
