yeah this sounds too stupid to be real. If some baby gets burned from hot bath, MAYBE it's the parents fault? Maybe they should make it illegal for these kind of parents to have babies, if it happens more than once?

As usual, conservatives equate protecting others with protecting you from yourself. This is about making sure that those who rely on others don't get scalded, not so you don't scald yourself.

A law shouldn't be seen in the light of whether it helps us survive or not, but in the light of whether it improves our life.
