The US doesn't "back" Karimov per say but we do have to work with him because Uzbeckistan is the jumping off point to Afghanistan. That's how all allied troops get into and out of Afghanistan so the US does have one air base there.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.Comment
