Serious tips have been pretty much covered but are worth repeating
Do something that you know she will enjoy and that you find fun too. What that is depends on the individuals involved but heck it can be roller skating, rock climbing , hiking, video games, tossing a frisbee or just a good movie.
As others have said, if she has dated you twice already, she likes you . If you haven't done so already, you might want to think about making a move for a kiss. If you delay too long it can become a "thing" where she wonders why you haven't made a move. Better a little too early on that stuff than too late. Or even if he doesnt have a gun collection.
Ask the girls father where you should go, what time she should be home, etc. Do whatever he says.
