A skip is also a name for a large receptacle for rubbish, but, unlike a dumpster, is completely open-topped, and is used primarily for construction debris, such as from a building's demolition or renovation. Skips are emptied by covering the skip, then transporting it to a rubbish tip (landfill) for emptying.
They are also useful for setting fire to, and stealing stuff that other people have thrown into them.

Actually, the best hit man weapon around is a competition grade single shot pellet pistol, loaded with a bronze .177 hunting dart. Extremely accurate (< 1 inch shot group at 50 ft) within 50 ft, relatively quiet, easy to silence, the dart is long enough and hard enough to guarantee one shot one kill penetration of the skull within 50 feet, no ballistics, no ID check to purchase one, no forensics for GSR, relatively cheap and widely available.Originally posted by Dissident
