Well he didn't direct to me initially, but in response... working this field nets you good experience... enough that people have shifted over from the government job to being a partner at good sized firms.

Given that I'm in the same area as the much maligned Kuciwalker, I may as put in my two cents.

For the two story houses (with a finished basement) that I've come across whilst whiling away time looking at appraisals, it seems that 4+ bathrooms are fairly standard for the higher priced and/or newly constructed. Commonly there will be 3 bathrooms on the second floor, 1 master bath, 1 private bath (connects to only 1 bedroom), and a common bath (connects to the hallway generally) which the other one or two (usually two) bedrooms share. Main floor typically has half a bath. Basement typically has a full bath if it's finished. Bedrooms will generally run from 4 to 7.

2 story townhouses (also with a basement level) that I've seen typically run 3 to 3 1/2 baths. Generally 3 bedroom in my experience, though sometimes there's a fourth in the basement.

Granted that older one story houses in the area would only have 1 bathroom and incomplete basements.

As eldest I had the private bathroom in my mother's house (4 and half bath) and yes, she cleaned it sometimes.

The search option works fine. You have to make sure to select the OT to search in if you want those threads included though.

The search option doesn't work in the OT archive (at least it didn't, last time I tried). And it's in the archive that you have gem threads such as Fez' "you provide nothing", or the forum drama between charmon1 and his DL
