Thing is; when I decided to get a new job my productivity increased, because I knew what direction I was headed in... that's where I blew it, I should of done nothing. Now, I have less work, but he wants the same out put that I have been showing the past few months. He has it in his head that it's because of my grandma's death that I have slowed down, which is about the same time all the work stopped coming in...Just play along to make your boss happy until you get a new job.
