Thing is; when I decided to get a new job my productivity increased, because I knew what direction I was headed in... that's where I blew it, I should of done nothing. Now, I have less work, but he wants the same out put that I have been showing the past few months. He has it in his head that it's because of my grandma's death that I have slowed down, which is about the same time all the work stopped coming in...
Well you can't do work if there is none to be done. Turn the tables, say this, then it is him who has the problem because he can't correctly utilise his staff

Anyway, what do you do?"
