That's one of the joys of serious endurance racing. I had a (female) classmate who was a world-class triathalete. She told us quite matter-of-factly about how you don't stop to go to the washroom, you just piss on the go. She also mentioned that you normally try to eat strategically before a race so that you won't have to defecate. Lovely stuff.
