the other day, a customer came into the store with one of the old clamshell iBooks (the colored ones - the first iBook), and, while i’ve seen them a thousand times, i really fell in love. seriously. i just think they’re the coolest things ever.
and then i was thinking ‘ya know... those are like 6 years old... i bet anything they’re dirt f’ing cheap on ebay!’
and i looked... and i’ve found a base model tangerine iBook for about $200. hmmmm...
if i sold mine, and used the money toward a nice desktop that i could use for all serious work, i could get that just for typing and internet when i’m away from my desk. and how ****ing cool would it be to roll up into lecture and open up one of these babies...
mother. ****ing. cool.
