There haven't been any document links of people doing this. One hysterical mother accused D&D of being the cause of her son shooting himself in the head back in 1982, but there is no reason to believe that was the cause, as the kid was totally ****ed up for other reasons (including being an ardent admirer of Hitler). It's pretty silly to think that a game is going to lead people to violent behavior they otherwise wouldn't engage in. The nutball in this thread's case probably would have killed someone over something eventually.
