the thing is they are all considered innocent till proven guilty by a judge or jury. Hell just being arrested doesnt make them guilty. T

Why is that the thing? The thing is OJ was guilty, and everyone knew it. Cochran may have told himself that he didn't care if he was guilty, but he knew he was and he got him off the hook. I could never do something like that. If other people think it's ok for themselves then good, because someone needed to defend OJ. I just think who ever did is a scumbag.

Cochran didnt act alone and im sorry the prosecution didnt prove to me he was guilty. I think he hired somebody to do the killings but dont think he was cabpable to do it himself

Why did you become a defense attorney?
to ensure that the constitution is upheld for even the lowest of our society. I am there to make sure the police, the prosecutor, and the judge all follow the proper procedures. Because I don't want to live in a society where the police do not have to abide by the Constitution. My attitude is that if everyone does their job properly, the right end is reached. I might feel differently if I was paid by my clients, but I am not.
And its fun to piss police off when they're on the witness stand
The defense team in the OJ case abused the jury selection process. Not only did they try to dismiss every white person from the jury so that a city with 1% of the population being black had 75% of the jury black but then they went even further and adminster intelligence tests and background checks in order that intelligent and/or educated people could be dismissed. Their goals was to find drooling idiots who were to stupid to understand DNA evidience.
That was a clear abuse of the legal system and I would like to see lawyers forced to follow ethics laws so that if they lie or say something they know isn't true while practicing law then they are automatically disbared. We have to many ****e bag lawyers and we need to get rid of the bottom of the barrel.
