There's also the fact that for a dictator to take charge of a country with QE2 in charge, they'd need her approval.

So if you want to be Hitler in Australia, Canada or NZ, you need Queeny's approval before you can get the crowds saying Sieg Heil.

I was thinking that as well, but then wondered how much balls she would have if confronted by a majority in Westminster, or Ottawa.

At most it is a speed bump. Perhaps a very important speed bump, as she is the CinC of the armed forces.
