What are your thoughts on this issue?

The "small goverment" republicans are intervening. I really don't care about baseball much anymore. But it's a big news story, so by law we are required to have a thread on it.

I voted on steroids. If everyone uses them, they will be on a level playing field so to speak.

Where's the "I wish Congress would stop wasting their time on steroids in baseball" option? That's the option for which I'd vote, and I'm witholding my vote until that's an option.

Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

Well seeing as how Baseball refuses to give up thier anti-trust exemption (The reason they even have the right to hold hearings) and we don't care enough to force Congress to strip them of it, I'd say Congress has as much right to deal with this as anything else.

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

I say shoot all baseball players and adopt soccer as our new national pastime.

We've had this argument on the board before. It's "Past-time". And no, sorry, it's baseball. American Football, as much as I love it, is just a mutant form of Rugby.
