No, it isn't. Statistical surveys of penis sizes among the different races shows that, proportional to the body, there isn't any significant difference in size between black penises and others. Also, black men tend to be "showers, not growers." Meaning, their non-erect penis does not change much in size when it gets erect. I'm not sure if it's a racial thing or what.
