    Okay look boann, the country is deep in debt, it doesn't have the educational resources to have a well trained populace to man institutions, and nor does it have a military that can control anything but Kinshasa.

    The UN is inadequate, inefficient and has flunked virtually every test we have thrown at it. It is corrupt getting involved with Saddam Hussein deeply.. so what are people with common sense supposed to think?
