I'd post a pic, but my digital camera is on the fritz at the moment.

Methinks that demonstrates an interest in technology rather than anything else. Are you of the mindset that because we may be lefties, we cannot engage in any activities of society? We celebrate society and it's accomplishments

YOU celebrate capitalism, ergo you are very capitalistic. Engage in any activities of society? According to your philosophy you are against it, so why at the same embrace it? It just shows you feel guilty about being the capitalist thugs you are, like me. At least I'll admit it.

Anyways as far as that Logitech Z-5500 goes.. here is a pic:

Nope. I'm just trying to use the situation to my advantage.

No. You also need a wire for audio anyway.

A consolation to noise is that if it is a familiar noise, our subconscious brain filters it out of our awareness. If it is an unfamiliar noise, the subconscious brain nags the conscious brain to pay attention. A fine thing when an unfamiliar sound might be a sabertooth tiger creeping into your cave, but rather annoying when it comes to dripping taps and dumb computer fans.

Give it time, and you'll eventually come to ignore irritating fan noise.

Now on to an elaborate scheme on how to silence the hard disk...
