  • For Those That Like Star Wars

Here is something I came across on the net. I don't know if the Star Wars fans here have seen these pictures but here they are.

Warning they may contain spoilers for you if you havent been up on the Star Wars scene.

Looks bad ass but I stopped looking so I don't ruin it when I watch it.

It might actually be a cool movie after all is said and done I understand you not wanting to look though.

Dark is good. Looks like Lucas realized a plot was needed.

            Woot!

I've been looking forward to this film . Hell, I liked AotC even! This should be up there with the Ep IV and V, because of the darkening of the story.

I'm looking forward to this... the previous two sucked, but I'm optimistic about III.

AoTC could have been so much better with a slight plot twist

Possible Episode 2: Attack of the Clones SPOILERS

I thought that the movie would have been much better had Count Dooku actually been a "good guy" rather than a pawn of Palpatine. Think about it. Lucas could have made Dooku suspicious of Palpatine and made fear of Palpatine the reason that he was building an army. Palpatine would have become aware of this and convinced the Jedis that Dooku was actually evil. Thus, the Jedis would have been used by Palpatine to destroy the one man who suspected Palpatine's intentions and was prepared to try and stop them. That would have made Dooku a much more interesting character than simply being the predictable and bland bad guy, it would have made Palpatine seem even more clever and manipulative, would have made the fate of the Republic and of the Jedis more tragic, and would have added a cool twist to an otherwise mediocre plot. What do you all think about that?

The only problem is that you need an apprentice for Anakin to defeat and kill. I guess you could come up with someone else, but Christopher Lee makes a kick ass villian!

I heard a rumour that the plot was supposed to go something like that (see the part where Dooku speaks with a shackled Obi Wan), but for whatever reasons Lucas changed his mind.

Only thing I see that I wont like is that Lee won't be in it more. But all in all I think it will be a really good film

                      It's got me drooling, Spray!

The end of Mace Windu looks to be awesome and very important to the story (rather than a throwaway).

I'm afraid Ja-Ja-binks is still too fresh in my memmory for me to ever go and pay good money in a cinema to see another film in the starwars franchise( i fell asleep in the cinema during episode1!)

If its a good film, like much better than either of the other more recent travesties that star wars has become, then i'll probably get it on dvd.

If its close to being as good as the origonals then i'll wait for the reviews from punters to filter out in the press and word of mouth, then buy my cinema ticket.

Ja Ja binks........star wars now stinks

I still have a bitter taste left in my mouth from the original trilogy not being released on DVD. The special edition imposters make my bile boil.

I'll still see Episode III though.
