Don't see why? Why should he be let to live? Just give him what he wants. Plus 20 years behind bars waiting for the death penalty (typical in liberal California). You think this guy should get off the hook for killing 11 people? I don't ****ing think so. A life sentence is stupid and a slap on the wrist for this ****.

Dude, did you even read my posts?

you guys really don't care about this guy do you? He had a drug problem. He deserves our pity. He can be reformed.

okay enough of that. I tried being a bleeding liberal, just isn't working. But I'm against the death penalty. Too expensive. Just put him life in prison.

I hear life in prison is more expensive then the death penalty. Especially here in ****hole California.

Gian, why do you live in California if it's such a liberal ****hole? Why not Texas?

Because in Texas, he's just another damned Mexican.

Well the university is okay here besides I happen to be a resident. The only place in California I really like is San Diego. But hey, Texas's economy is growing quite well.

Sava, you're stupid. I'm no more Mexican then you are Iraqi.

I KNOW... it was a joke... my point was that stereotypical Texans are ignorant and they would think you are Mexican.

I still don't understand charging him with murder.

And I really don't see what's wrong with the two solutions I've suggested.

                            legally

I thought it would require intent to qualify as murder. I think a defense attorney would have an easy time convincing people this guy did not intend to hurt anyone else (only himself). I believe manslaughter does not have an intent requirement.

Manslaughter is inadequate to the crime committed.

11 counts of manslaughter?? He's never going to see blue sky again.

Plus, once the inmates find out what he did, he'll be just slightly above child-molester in the prison pecking order. A fat, smelly cellmate named Bruno and the picture's complete.
