Hopefully the prosecutors have brains, and pursue the death penalty. Lets just hope the prosecutor isn't one of those soft anti-death penalty types.

Either way it is a pity he didn't resist and get killed in the process of an arrest because now a bunch of the taxpayers' money is going to be wasted. Death penalty of not. honestly, i don't see why we should charge the guy with murder.
if we give him due process, we'll find out why he wanted to kill himself. a good defender will, well, argue that he was beside himself (and his car) at the time.
the choice is clear:
1. he obviously wanted to commit suicide. therefore, we should call up ol' doc kevorkian, and give this guy a little helping hand. good for all you liberal snots out there who want to have clear consciences without capitally punishing the guy.

Don't see why? Why should he be let to live? Just give him what he wants. Plus 20 years behind bars waiting for the death penalty (typical in liberal California).
