I hope this is not just my problem (or I may be screwed) but when I went to log on to the game just then, I put in my email and password and received the (very unwelcome) message:
Login Phase Two
No Such Player! - Create a new player here.
I have tried this plenty of times with the same result. I checked the rankings and I am still alive in there (I am General Grod), besides which I was camped in sector 0 with a low avg tech so I could not have been killed.
I am certain I am doing everything correctly.
Any advice on what the problem is would be appreciated.Comment

Nope - I get this too. Player name "War of Art" - this player does not exist. I seem to have dissaperred from the rankings too??? Very odd.

Oh - I didn't kill myself. I logged out, and when I tryed to log back in it said my login didn't exist anymore. So I started again as Dr Jam. I'd only played about 600 turns anyway, and I'd just done lots of long Realspace trips for no reason (clicking on the map like the noob that I am) so its no great loss. CHRRISSS & CHRRRRISSSS I don't know about.
Its not a DL if the first one doesn't exist anymore is it?

I was just annoyed at killing so many fighters to get about 200,000 credits. I made a loss replacing the Armour points. So I had to blow it away.
