  • A load of Bankers....

Well, I'm sure if the French have created some sort of ramshackle money-laundering outfit in Canada it will come in handy when the English take over....

Currently there are 3 french banks in america, two of them in canada...

They have all been there for a long time and we would think that the english wouldnt be so quick to boast about their obviously underdeveloped economy in america
No Fighting here, this is the war room!

        • Three more rebell provinces have been liberated.

We also would like to remind everyone that attacking the rebel huron is considered an act of war against france...

          • Huron wars

            Sorry, Henrik.

You can't claim all the Huron territories for yourself like that. The English/French treaty allows both parties whatever relations they want with the Indians. Your other treaties are probably similar.

If France declares war on England (or any other European) that attacks the Huron, it is THE FRENCH who will be the aggressors. If you do it before 1700 to the English, you will also be treaty-breakers.

Think on that, my French Friend.....

Lord Charles Monk writes to a fellow MP in Parliament…

A new settlement has been founded on the Mosquito Coast, in Central America. Aside from that, concentration this year has been on fiscal matters. We hope that London will soon be recognised as the financial centre of the world. Already, the commodities markets of England are recognised throughout Europe.

As a consequence, it has been possible to reduce tax rates even further.

                  Your obedient servant, Sir.

Charles Monk, 2nd Duke of Albemarle

Lots of mossies, to be sure. Seemed like an empty bit of coast though, the Spanish should not be worried. The English are a lot more vulnerable there than they are!

                        • We would have our english friends remember that it is 1695 and 1700 isnt that far away anymore...

Besides, I will get really mad if someone touch "my" indians

They only have 4 cities left though, I think I will be able to take most of them next turn

The french turn was rather eventless...

Strangely enough, I have an army that was going to fight a Spanish war - just hanging around. Wonder what I shall do with it...

Hmmm...Time for a rumble in the jungle, perhaps?

                              • My move

It was 1:30 in the morning, my time, when Waku posted the turn, and I couldn't stay up any later. I shall play when I get back from work tonight. Say 19:00 GMT.

Did you WANT a war then, Waku?
