20 gnomes=10 TLB (Twin Lakes Bureau) agents

The TLB agents will bring the population of the BBQ capital under our control along with the military stationed there.

Capital:
5 gnomes will be trained as big eaters for the olypics.
5 more will be trained as swimmers, this should come naturally to our people.
30 gnomes will work with ants, training them for riding in work and war situations.
10 gnomes will experiment with using acorn caps (or only parts of them depending how big we are in comparison) as shields against gnome weaponry.
20 gnomes attempt to improve spears by attempting to attach a large sharpened rock to a spear shaft.
20 gnomes will experiment with various materials for a boat.
The rest will breed.

Bipolarbear, I don't know if you checked the first couple posts of the thread, but the system for recruiting military units has changed. Those 50 gnomes that were sent into the military can either all become twig gnomes, or half can become spear gnomes and half will assist in the training of spear gnomes.
