The First Update - AD1801

The State of Carolina re-united.

The State of Carolina became reunited. North and South joined once more. The compromise, the capitol of the new state was to be in Raleigh, Northern Carolina, while the Govenor of South Carolina would become the Govenor. Govenor Green of North Carolina is now Luientant-Govenor.

Thomas Jefferson elected President

Thomas Jefferson of the Democratic-Republican party has been elected the third president of the United States of America. His main rival William Alexander of the Patriotic Party has become Vice President. President Jefferson in his inagural speech has vouched that he will be continuing state rights while making all of the Union stronger!

Massachssets Renamed

Massachussets has been renamed Persia. While the rest of the union laughed the Persian Empire is very angry. The President has stated that perhaps the govenior of Persia should rename the state. Perhaps to Jefferson?

Britian threatens WAR

The government of British King George III has given an ultimatum to President Jefferson saying that unless he is willing to declare that the tarriff against British manafactured goods to be finished that the British Empire will invade the Union.

Persia casts its vote for the supposed humaniod figure commonly reffered to as Thomas Jefferson.
also, a vote is cast by the Persian high council of Persia* to support both the first and second amendment.

Persia would like to propose an amendment, however, the Persian High(not the naughty kind) Arabian Ruling Team P.H.A.R.T. has ruled that Persia must first set in motion the Timmy Blanchard Left Behind Act.

Faux News

The new governmental syndicate which has largely taken over Persia in the name of the people called the Persian United People's and Person's Excellent Tyranny or P.U.P.P.E.T. has decided to officially announce once and for all, that there are various long haired, and sandal clad crackers inside of the Persian borders who appear to be opposing the possibly upcoming war with people of a British persuasion.
They have been holding sittings, protests, and, most vile of all, stink ins. A stink in is where a group of such dirty miscreants do a form of sit in, only they intentionally don't shower or light any of their nag champa scented incense. The result is a bunch of crappy poems read to the constant strumming of poorly tuned acoustic guitar, and worst of all, the stench!!!!!
This is a great distraction to both the PHART, and the PUPPET factions of Persia's government, and has thus slightly stagnated the system.
One high ranking official in the PUPPET, Vladimir LaThorpowitz was quoted as saying "No comment." but it was really profound and kind of creepy how he said it all condescending and ominous, I guess it was more one of those you-had-to-be-there kinds of moments.
Another official employee of PUPPET, Vincent Comerchero, the famed Persian historian, and head master of the micro janitorial arts dept. at PUPPET said, "It is truly a scourge sent upon us, as the plagues by that Moses guy here. We have hardly been able to keep our composure enough to experience a full work day in the presence of sobriety here." The self proclaimed car czar went off on a long winded ramble about how it was entirely unproductive for these retro bohemians to be wasting there time "Stanking up the place". At one point during the interview, Comerchero leaned out of the window of his office in the boiler room of the PUPPET HQ and yelled at the protesters to "Move b***h, git out tha way!"
All of this chicanery as brought about the plea from PUPPET to its fellow states to please supply them with clothes pins or ear plug that are nostril sized, so that they may be able to function properly in the running of Persia.


In other news, Persian people have nominated their own shoe in for El Presidente of the new USA. Juan Kerry!!!!!!!!!! The former leader of Mexico, in the future (don’t ask) was known for benevolently leading the great nation against the fascist and generally poopy faced empires of China, and everyone else who wouldn’t let Mexico have nukes.
Feminist majority leader Jamie T. Kirk has decreed that unless the newly congealed candidate changes his stance on Measure 444 (the measure which declares that only women who were a y chromosome at birth are allowed to have any rights) that she and her legions of women who look like femmy men will do something that won’t be good.
“We haven’t really even sat down and had a meeting about what it is we’ll do yet, but at the water cooler, and in line at the bagel shop, we keep saying its gonna be big.” But just ho big?
