Fourty talents to the building of the "Guardian of the West," and five to speed the process up, advertise, and make the building process safer, fifteen talents to the building of the 100 "Elites." The Elites will be leaders of troops, and able to do very complex things. Twenty talents to try to convince the 19% of the discontent Persians to revolt and give information to Carthage. Which leaves me to bank twenty nine talents. Also, the 1500 foot soldiers in Hispanica, will now be substituted with 1,500 volunteers. The 1,500 foot soldiers will be spread throughout the main towns, making Carthage stronger in it's core
Every trireme available will be sent to box in the Persian retreat. Egyptian triremes will be called in right away to help. When the Persians are loading up their men into the boats, Carthiginian horsemen and war elephants will charge at the men killing them, or causing mass disruption and chaos.
