Kyiv's arms industries are getting a boost as the government has hired several firms to produce advanced designs for weapons technology. The navy is being upgraded with defense in mind, gunboats and small submarines being the primary units built, with a single aircraft carrier soon to be commissioned. The Army and Air Force are receiving the most funds and attention, with better planes, rockets, and other ari technology being developed. Mobile Armor units and urban warfare techniques are the focal point of the Army upgrade.

Navy will stay at medium size but be improved in speed, stealth, and per unit firepower.
