To Brazil: seeing as how we now have the support of Britain, pose no threat to Brazil, and have very little land, we would like to take over the operation of islands occupied by Brazil, Brazillian forces may still use all military facilities in the Carribean, but it would be much better for the people of the Carribean to be led by a ruler who isn't thousands of miles away.

To Britain: Thank you for the loan, British trade ships are given primary concern as far as trading of cuban tobacco products is concerned.

Cuba uses money lent by Britain to build the following:

1 arms factory to produce enough munitions for a small, defensive army.
3 tobacco processing factories, to produce the world's finest cigars and to create more jobs for the people of Cuba.
2 upgraded naval facilities so that the Cubans may have a small (yet nearly outdated) navy.
A national bank system.

Cuba currently is neutral in the Anglo-United States Conflict, this is based on Cuba's appreciation for the aid both countries have provided for Cuba, and both countries' willingness to let us exist. However; Cuba notes with deep regret that both of these nations have been at each other's throats... so in order to keep both halves of our economic base stable, Cuba cannot take a side one way or the other in this conflict, and no restrictions that are not already in place will be enacted.

Britain to France:

you saw how many chances we gave the U.S., and still they declared war on us. We will attend the peace talks, but if that doesn't solve the problem please don't interfere.


Britain has increased military buildup, bringing army to large and replacing most of the naval losses. A tiny force of armed scout airplanes and balloons is now in action.
All three branches of the military continue to be upgraded.

Argentina has sent a team of diplomats to Paris. They have proposed the following:
Central America (including Panama) will be united into a confederacy. This will be similar to the Confederacy in Central America when it first got independence (but hopefully this one will hold together longer).
Any attempt to put any puppet in power or do anything to gain control of the Central American Confederacy will be a violation of the treaty.
The US shall pay $10,000,000 (this number may change) in reparations to each of Brazil, Venezuela, Argentina, Britain, and Russia. France shall receive $5,000,000.
